The clinic’s origins date back to 2006, when dermatologist Professor Jānis Ķīsis established his medical practice and brought together strong specialists in the field. As the medical team and range of services grew, the practice became the Prof. J. Ķīsis Dermatology Clinic in 2012 and the Prof. J. Ķīsis Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic in 2014.

An appointment is confirmed only after successful prepayment. If the payment is not completed because of an internet interruption, technical error, or another reason, the appointment is not considered booked. After making a reservation, it is therefore advisable to make sure that the payment has been successfully confirmed.
After successful booking, the patient receives an email with a paid invoice, which also serves as proof of payment and, if necessary, can be submitted to a health insurer. Approximately 24 hours before the appointment, the patient also receives an SMS reminder.
